On our first stop, we checked into the House Floor Plans and More. It was here, that we learned about the fundamentals of designing with curtains. Below are a few highlights of the information we gleaned from our interior design research:
Luminosity and privacy
Curtains, blinds and other window treatments should be sheer enough to ensure privacy without compromising luminosity.
Aesthetics and style

For example, in a golf enthusiasts bedroom or den — rather then hang curtains, using a standard rod, the end-user would use a golf club in its place or whatever instrument that concurs with the room’s theme.

Curtains are very important partner of our windows. Curtains add visual elegance to a room, racks or poles can be bent to fit a bay window, increased fitting flexibility, and Reliable and cost effective. Everything will be useful when you used it with sense, have it a great formula in your house. Do not just set aside the importance of curtains.

Thanks for this post, it definitely helped me in terms of how I can improve things. Speaking of improving, a good technique to clean any type of window blind is to make use of a can of compressed air, or maybe a pet hair roller.
